Installation of Graham-Stetzer Filters
  • Before beginning to filter your home or business, have a licenced electrician install two 120 volt receptacles wired from the main breaker panel. One receptacle needs to be wired from Phase A and the second from Phase B.
  • Remove any dimmer switches, energy efficient light bulbs, halogen lighting and touch lamps.
  • With all computers and television’s shut off, install filters at the 120 volt receptacles beside the main breaker panel, usually requiring no more than 3 filters in each receptacle. (Be sure the electrician installs the receptacles far enough apart to allow for installation of the filters and a three-way plug).
  • Turn on the computer and filter it. Ensure the readings on your Stetzer Meter are below 30. Leave the computer on after you have dropped the readings below 30.
  • Turn on your television and filter it. Ensure the readings on your Stetzer Meter are below 30. Leave the television on after you have dropped the readings below 30.
  • Continue turning on electronic devices and filtering them, as in steps 4 and 5. As you move through your house, you should end up with all your electronics and lights on.
  • Move next to the bedrooms and try to install filters behind dressers, etc. to keep the appearance of the room from becoming cluttered.
  • Continue on to other rooms, saving the kitchen until last. Saving the kitchen until last can reduce the number of filters required in the kitchen and prevent clutter.
